Second brain weekly upkeep

Every Sunday, tidy the second brain: merge, split, refresh maps, archive what's stale.

What It Does, Step by Step

  1. Step 1Trigger

Runs every Sunday at 10:00 AM (America/New_York)Runs every Sunday at 10:00.

  2. Step 2Agent

Maintain the second brain in the Brain folder of the drive. Read Brain/README.md and follow its conventions. Review Brain/Notes and Brain/Maps: (1) merge notes that state the same idea into one, keeping every source, and move the redundant file to Brain/Archive; (2) split any note that holds more than one idea into separate notes; (3) retitle notes whose full-sentence claim no longer matches their content; (4) flag notes contradicted by newer sources, without resolving the contradiction yourself; (5) rewrite each map's summary paragraph so it matches the notes it lists, and add notes that belong to it; (6) create a map for any topic with three or more notes and no map; (7) move notes whose newest source is more than six months old and that no map lists to Brain/Archive. Never delete a file and never invent content. Report every change you made, and list the contradictions and anything else that needs the user's judgment.

  3. Step 3Send a Message

Open a thread titled "Second brain upkeep" with today's date. List what was merged, split, retitled, archived, and which maps were rewritten or created, one line each, then the items that need the user's judgment. If nothing changed, post one line saying so.
