Monday pipeline review
Every Monday, list the deals that have gone quiet and suggest a next step for each.
By DamonVersion 10 installsUpdated Sep 24, 2026
What it does
Every Monday at 8:00 the workflow reads open deals in your CRM and finds the ones with no activity in the last 14 days. For each it reports the deal name, amount, owner, days idle and one suggested next step drawn from the deal's own engagement history.
It then opens a chat thread in Damon with the list, where you can ask about any deal or have the agent draft the follow-up.
What you need
- A connected HubSpot account (read access is enough).
Customize it
- Change the 14-day threshold or the schedule on the trigger step.
- Exclude stages or pipelines by naming them in the agent step.
- Ask the agent in the thread to draft outreach for any stalled deal.
What It Does, Step by Step
Step 1Trigger
Runs every Monday at 8:00 AM (America/New_York)Runs every Monday at 8:00.
Step 2Agent
Look at open deals in the connected CRM. Find every deal with no logged activity (email, call, meeting or note) in the last 14 days, excluding deals in closed-won or closed-lost stages. For each stalled deal report: deal name, amount, owner, days since last activity, and one suggested next step based on the last few engagements. If the history doesn't support a suggestion, say what's missing instead of inventing one. Sort by days idle, longest first. Cap the list at 15 deals and note how many more there are.

Open a thread titled "Pipeline review" for this week. Start with the count of stalled deals, then the list from the previous step, one line per deal. End by offering to draft a follow-up for any deal or to dig into one deal's history.
