Weekly feedback synthesis
Every Monday, gather customer feedback from Slack, email and call transcripts and group it into themes with quotes.

What it does
Every Monday at 7:00 the workflow gathers the last seven days of customer feedback from a Slack channel, labeled support threads in Gmail and Fireflies call transcripts. It groups the feedback into themes; for each theme it gives a count of distinct customers, three verbatim quotes with links, and whether it's a bug, a missing capability or confusion. It compares with last week's synthesis saved in your drive, saves this week's, and opens a chat thread with the result and an offer to draft a spec for the top theme.
What you need
- Slack, Gmail and Fireflies connected (any subset works; edit the agent step to match).
Customize it
- Change the channel name and the Gmail label in the agent step.
- Save your grouping preferences and file naming as a skill.
What It Does, Step by Step
Step 1Trigger
Runs every Monday at 7:00 AM (America/New_York)Runs every Monday at 7:00.
Step 2Agent
Gather customer feedback from the last 7 days: messages in the #customer-feedback Slack channel, Gmail threads labeled "Feedback", and Fireflies transcripts of customer calls. Group the feedback into themes. For each theme give: a short name; how many distinct customers raised it; up to three verbatim quotes, each with a link to its source; and a type: bug, missing capability, or confusion. Read last week's synthesis from the Feedback folder in the drive if one exists and mark each theme as new or recurring. Save this week's synthesis to the drive as Feedback/<ISO week>.md.

Step 3Send a Message
Open a thread titled "Feedback synthesis" for this week. Post the themes from the previous step, recurring ones first, each with its count, type and quotes. Note which themes are new. Offer to draft a one-page spec for the top theme.
