What it does

Every Friday at 15:00 the workflow reads what changed in your project tracker this week and writes a status report with four sections: Shipped, Slipped (with new dates), Blocked (with who it's waiting on) and Next week.

It opens a chat thread in Damon with the report, where you can edit any line or ask about an item before sharing it.

What you need

  • A connected project tool: Linear, ClickUp or Monday.

Customize it

  • Name the project or team in the agent step; duplicate the workflow per project.
  • Save your report format as a skill so every report matches.
  • Change the day and time on the trigger step.
