Meeting follow-ups

After each recorded meeting, extract decisions and action items and draft the follow-up email.

What It Does, Step by Step

  1. Step 1Trigger

Runs every 30 minutesRuns every 30 minutes.

  2. Step 2Agent

List Fireflies transcripts completed in the last hour. Skip any that already have a notes file in the Meetings folder of the drive (match on date and title). For each remaining meeting: read the transcript; list the decisions made; list action items with owner, what, and when, attributing each to the speaker who committed to it in their own words and never inventing commitments; list open questions raised and not resolved, including any action item with unclear ownership. Save the notes to the drive as Meetings/<date>-<title>.md. Then create a Gmail draft addressed to the attendees: a two-sentence recap, the decisions, the action items, the open questions, and a closing line asking them to reply if anything is missed; under 200 words. If there were no new meetings, report that and stop.

  3. Step 3Send a Message

If the previous step processed at least one meeting, open a thread titled "Meeting follow-up" with the meeting title: post the decisions and action items, and say that the follow-up email is drafted in Gmail and ready to send. If no meetings were processed, post one line saying so.
